- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
- strong wine knowledge, especially French and Italian varietals
- formal wine education is a plus
- exceptional guest service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- high attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent time management
- team-oriented with a proactive approach to service
- must be available to work weekends

Job Duties
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience
- guide guests through the wine list and recommend pairings that complement the tasting menu
- execute all aspects of wine service, including decanting, proper presentation, and ensuring optimal serving conditions
- ensure proper glassware standards, cellar maintenance, and wine storage protocols
- participate in monthly inventory, assist with receiving and stocking wine product (must be able to lift 40-pound boxes)
- maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the hospitality and service standards of Zero George
