  • Strong wine knowledge, especially French and Italian varietals
  • Formal wine education is a plus
  • Exceptional guest service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent time management
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to service
  • Must be available to work weekends

Job Duties

  • Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience
  • Guide guests through the wine list and recommend pairings that complement the tasting menu
  • Execute all aspects of wine service, including decanting, proper presentation, and ensuring optimal serving conditions
  • Ensure proper glassware standards, cellar maintenance, and wine storage protocols
  • Participate in monthly inventory, assist with receiving and stocking wine product (must be able to lift 40-pound boxes)
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the hospitality and service standards of Zero George
