- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
- Strong wine knowledge, especially French and Italian varietals
- Formal wine education is a plus
- Exceptional guest service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent time management
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to service
- Must be available to work weekends

Job Duties
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless, elevated dining experience
- Guide guests through the wine list and recommend pairings that complement the tasting menu
- Execute all aspects of wine service, including decanting, proper presentation, and ensuring optimal serving conditions
- Ensure proper glassware standards, cellar maintenance, and wine storage protocols
- Participate in monthly inventory, assist with receiving and stocking wine product (must be able to lift 40-pound boxes)
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the hospitality and service standards of Zero George
