Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a sommelier or wine professional in a fine dining setting
- Advanced knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and food & wine pairing principles
- Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Certified Level or higher) or equivalent preferred
- Strong service and leadership skills with a refined, guest-centered approach
- Experience assisting with restaurant operations, including supervision of staff
- Excellent communication and training skills
- POS system experience and basic inventory management proficiency
- Prior Four or Five Diamond experience preferred
- At least three years supervisory experience expected
- Valid Food Handler and Tips Certification required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Product training wine service, food & wine pairing, cocktails and spirits
- Engage with wine and spirit suppliers regularly to procure high-quality wines
- Create and maintain wine list for all areas of the Lake Nona Wave Hotel
- Create and maintain par for liquor/wine/beer/beverage in all areas of the hotel
- Assist guests with wine sales, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with the development of new restaurant concepts
- Develop wine dinners at BACAN and Garni
- Work with chefs and restaurant manager to develop wine-tasting menus
- Provide financial analytics pertaining to all aspects of the venues
- Display leadership in guest hospitality by exemplifying excellent customer service
- Assist managers and team members on the floor during meal periods and high-demand times
- Ensure the agreed standards of food service are always adhered to
