Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience as a sommelier or in a related position
- knowledge of wine service techniques
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Prior sommelier experience in a fine dining environment
- knowledge of wine varieties and wine pairing principles
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to maintain inventory and manage wine supplies

- Manages and oversees wine service and programs
