Job Duties
- Educate and guide guests through the wine list to enhance their dining experience
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and cocktails
- Collaborate with the culinary team to suggest beverage pairings
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol handling laws and regulations
- Manage wine inventory and ordering processes
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to guests
- Lead and mentor team members in beverage knowledge and service techniques
