Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward, or hospitality role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Educate and guide guests through the wine list to enhance their dining experience
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and cocktails
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to suggest beverage pairings
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol handling laws and regulations
  • Manage wine inventory and ordering processes
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to guests
  • Lead and mentor team members in beverage knowledge and service techniques
