- Previous experience as a sommelier, wine steward, or hospitality role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to alcohol handling laws and regulations
- Interest in continuing education

- Proven and extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits

Job Duties
- Educate and empower guests to navigate the wine list
- Communicate detailed knowledge about wine regions, varietals, and vineyards
- Provide exceptional hospitality beyond standard service
- Lead by example with honesty and integrity
- Maintain comprehensive beverage knowledge including spirits, beer, and cocktails
- Ensure adherence to alcohol handling laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with the service team to enhance guest experiences
