Job Requirements
- must be fluent in English including reading, writing, and communication
- ability to perform basic business mathematics
- capable of accurately operating a POS system
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a shift
- ability to bend, pull, push, use stairs
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- maintain professionalism and composure at all times
Job Qualifications
- minimum two years sommelier experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- strong knowledge of wine regions both old and new world
- passion for wine, winemaking, beer, and spirits
- ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and well-organized wine cellar in accordance with company standards
- recommend wine and beverage pairings to guests
- upsell both tableside offerings and retail wine offerings
- keep staff abreast of beverage changes on the wine list
- assist with monthly inventory
- know and defend product brands
- maintain station cleanliness
