Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to work full time with availability nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to cellar work
- Experience in wine service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must adhere to company policies and safety standards

- 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier
- Solid foundational wine knowledge and a strong interest in continued learning
- Strong service instincts and comfort working on the floor
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move cases of wine as part of cellar responsibilities
Job Duties
- Providing knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive wine service on the floor
- Assisting members and guests with wine selections and pairings
- Supporting all aspects of dining room service as part of the broader FOH team
- Executing proper wine service standards
- Performing cellar work, including organization, labeling, storage, and inventory upkeep
- Assisting with receiving, stocking, and maintaining the wine cellar
- Supporting wine education and training for the service team as directed
- Working collaboratively with FOH staff and management to deliver a cohesive guest experience
