Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience required
  • must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work full-time schedule with days and hours that may vary
  • physical ability to handle wine cellar duties including lifting and moving cases of wine

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a sommelier
  • solid foundational wine knowledge and a strong interest in continued learning
  • strong service instincts and comfort working on the floor
  • highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • ability to lift and move cases of wine as part of cellar responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Providing knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive wine service on the floor
  • Assisting members and guests with wine selections and pairings
  • Supporting all aspects of dining room service as part of the broader FOH team
  • Executing proper wine service standards
  • Performing cellar work, including organization, labeling, storage, and inventory upkeep
  • Assisting with receiving, stocking, and maintaining the wine cellar
  • Supporting wine education and training for the service team as directed
  • Working collaboratively with FOH staff and management to deliver a cohesive guest experience
