Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience required
- must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work full-time schedule with days and hours that may vary
- physical ability to handle wine cellar duties including lifting and moving cases of wine
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a sommelier
- solid foundational wine knowledge and a strong interest in continued learning
- strong service instincts and comfort working on the floor
- highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- ability to lift and move cases of wine as part of cellar responsibilities
Job Duties
- Providing knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive wine service on the floor
- Assisting members and guests with wine selections and pairings
- Supporting all aspects of dining room service as part of the broader FOH team
- Executing proper wine service standards
- Performing cellar work, including organization, labeling, storage, and inventory upkeep
- Assisting with receiving, stocking, and maintaining the wine cellar
- Supporting wine education and training for the service team as directed
- Working collaboratively with FOH staff and management to deliver a cohesive guest experience
