Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience required
  • Ability to work varied full-time schedule including breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner shifts
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sommelier experience
  • Knowledge of wine list management and cellar procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to train and support service team on wine service
  • Detail-oriented and organized in maintaining cellar and service areas

Job Duties

  • Possess complete knowledge of the wine list and cellar, following proper cellar management procedures
  • Advise and suggest wine pairings based on guest menu choices, ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Assist, guide, and encourage the service team in wine knowledge and service standards
  • Ensure mise-en-place in the restaurant and cellar is completed to standard, including cleaning and organization
  • Promote guest satisfaction by delivering professional, attentive service and up-selling where appropriate
