Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED recommended
- Some college experience or degree recommended
- Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire
- Must have a current food handlers card
- Previous bartending experience in a professional setting is preferred

- Passionate and has a knowledge of classic cocktails wines spirits and beers
- Ability to work under variable temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Curate and manage a diverse and dynamic wine list ensuring it complements the restaurant's culinary offerings
- Provide personalized wine recommendations and expert guidance to guests assisting with wine selection and food pairing
- Execute flawless wine service including proper storage decanting and serving techniques
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests enhancing their wine knowledge and appreciation
- Maintain impeccable inventory control overseeing wine procurement storage and rotation
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive wine sales and elevate the overall guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create wine pairing menus and enhance the overall dining experience
