Job Requirements
- 2-3 years managerial experience in fine dining
- wine certification such as CMS or WSET highly desirable

Job Duties
- update and maintain the wine list
- design and implement wine promotions
- train and educate service and bar staff
- manage cost controls for wine inventory
- answer guest questions regarding wine origin vintage and style
- research and stay abreast of current wine industry trends
- oversee wine sales promotions inventory and controls in conjunction with general manager and lead bartender
- manage table service and enforce responsible alcohol service laws during shifts
