Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain and improve an extensive wine list
Skills to engage and educate dining room guests
Capacity to train staff on wine service
Pass pre-employment substance abuse testing

Job Qualifications

Sommelier certification preferred
Strong knowledge of wine regions, vintages, and varietals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a wine-focused hospitality role
Ability to train and mentor staff
Flexibility to work varied shifts
Commitment to high customer service standards

Job Duties

Maintain and improve the high quality of the wine list
Engage with members on the dining room floor to elevate their experience
Train staff on wine vintages and proper wine service
Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Provide expert recommendations and guidance to guests
