Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years work experience as a sommelier in a restaurant with an extensive wine program
- previous work experience as a food server
- must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner
- must be 21 years of age or above
- ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or work cards required for this position
- sommelier certification a plus
- 2nd language a plus

Job Duties
- assist with the outlet wine list
- control cost
- maintain wine storage areas
- keep accurate inventory
- train outlet staff in proper wine service
- communicate with guests in a clear and professional manner
- provide excellent guest service according to Wynn Las Vegas standards
