Job Requirements
- Fine dining experience or equivalent professionalism
- 3+ years in the hospitality industry
- knowledge of sake preferred but not required
- ability to calculate and control beverage cost
- deep respect for pacing, detail, and teamwork
- wine, sake, and cocktail service knowledge
- ability to read the room and engage guests with warmth and restraint
- composure and humility under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist with the development of the wine and beverage program
- greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- coordinate and oversee beverage service in collaboration with the chef team
- manage beverage cost calculations and controls
- maintain deep respect for pacing and detail to enhance the guest experience
- read the dining room to engage guests appropriately
- uphold composure and humility under pressure
