Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- minimum two years of related work experience
- at least one year of supervisory experience
- ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- communicate with guests employees and departments to ensure teamwork and guest needs are met
- answer guest questions or concerns about the origin vintage and style of wines
- create update and maintain wine lists
- pair and suggest wines to complement menu items
- attend wine tastings and develop vendor relationships
- design and implement wine promotions and incentive programs
- monitor and replenish inventory of wine cellar equipment and glassware
