Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in sommelier or wine service role
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- English fluency
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Additional language skills preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of enlightened hospitality
- Partner with beverage director to create and maintain an enticing wine program that enhances the guest experience
- Provide guests with a memorable experience by offering guidance and suggestions on wine and beverage selections
- Educate service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage items to add value and fuel the team’s desire to learn and grow
- Deliver a financially responsible wine program that increases sales and maintains inventory in line with restaurant’s revenue and business levels
- Demonstrate flexibility and a wide range of skills and knowledge in all service positions with eagerness to continue learning and growing
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties to support team objectives and operational success
