Job Requirements
- Experience with the POS system or the like
- basic wine and spirit knowledge
- ability to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
- must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- ability to work effectively within a team
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
- continuous use of hands and arms
- continuous bending, reaching and twisting

Job Duties
- Ensure guests are hosted with genuine care and attention throughout their dining experience
- assist with wine inventory, storage, and serving
- keep lead sommelier and management updated on progress, changes, and issues
- continuously improve guest experience from greeting through service and menu knowledge
- serve as a front-of-house representative of the brand
- support front-of-house tasks including bussing tables, resetting tables, pouring water, running food, making cocktails, and taking orders
- motivate and mentor staff on wine knowledge
