Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of sommelier experience in a fine dining environment
- US work authorization or current Four Seasons managerial position for visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to work full time including days, evenings, overnights, or weekends
- Knowledge of Italian wines preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Advise guests on wine selection and supervise day-to-day wine service
- Select and consolidate wine list adhering to budget and beverage cost
- Conduct weekly staff training on product knowledge
- Collaborate with Lido Restaurant General Manager and Chef for product development
- Manage weekly and monthly wine inventories for all Food & Beverage outlets
- Create, modify, and print wine lists
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage standards and guest expectations
