Job Duties

Deliver world-class wine service for tiered pairing options and curated spirit-free program
verbally present wine selections connecting producer’s story, wine profile, quarterly theme, and musical playlist
collaborate with Beverage Director to maintain a diverse 600+ label wine list
oversee wine cellar organization, inventory management, and temperature control
lead staff training for product knowledge and service standards
assist in shared experience service including clearing, resetting, and kitchen support
