Job Duties

  • Deliver world-class wine service for tiered pairing options and curated spirit-free program
  • verbally present wine selections connecting producer’s story, wine profile, quarterly theme, and musical playlist
  • collaborate with Beverage Director to maintain a diverse 600+ label wine list
  • oversee wine cellar organization, inventory management, and temperature control
  • lead staff training for product knowledge and service standards
  • assist in shared experience service including clearing, resetting, and kitchen support
