Job Duties
- Contribute to and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Manage and replenish the wine inventory
- Provide wine service in accordance with proper standards of opening, decanting, presentation, tasting, and serving
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and wine pairings to guide and advise guests
- Assist with restaurant service including mise en place and clearing tables
- Build guest loyalty and contribute to revenue development through upselling and additional sales
