Job Requirements

Certification as a Level 3 Sommelier or equivalent preferred
Minimum two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in luxury fine dining or high-volume dining
Strong leadership and team management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of wine regions and producers
Ability to train and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Level 3 Sommelier or equivalent preferred
Minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar supervisory role in luxury fine dining or high-volume social dining
High emotional intelligence and leadership ability
Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Curate and execute a compelling member-focused wine program
Drive wine education and service standards across the dining team
Serve as an engaged floor leader during peak service periods
Partner to create immersive wine experiences
Build meaningful relationships with members and anticipate their preferences and needs
Oversee service standards and labor management
Ensure compliance with club and union guidelines
