Job Requirements

  • Certification as a Level 3 Sommelier or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in luxury fine dining or high-volume dining
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine regions and producers
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Level 3 Sommelier or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar supervisory role in luxury fine dining or high-volume social dining
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership ability
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Curate and execute a compelling member-focused wine program
  • Drive wine education and service standards across the dining team
  • Serve as an engaged floor leader during peak service periods
  • Partner to create immersive wine experiences
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and anticipate their preferences and needs
  • Oversee service standards and labor management
  • Ensure compliance with club and union guidelines
