Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sommelier in fine dining or Michelin-star restaurants
  • strong knowledge of wine service and culinary concepts
  • polished communication skills
  • ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • TIPS certification required
  • capacity to work independently
  • commitment to maintaining guest satisfaction
  • physically capable of standing, walking, and occasional lifting during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success as a sommelier within fine dining or Michelin-star establishments
  • strong knowledge of wine, wine service, and culinary terminology
  • polished personal presentation
  • written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to uphold superior service standards
  • capable of autonomous operation
  • TIPS certification
  • experience working in luxury hotel or private club settings

  • Produce thoughtful and consistent wine offerings for members
  • accommodate individual tastes and requests

  • curate dynamic wine lists aligned with culinary concepts
  • provide expert wine service and recommendations
  • support Beverage Director in wine program development
