Job Requirements
- TIPS certification required
- Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven experience in fine dining, Michelin-star, or luxury hotel environments
- Strong knowledge of wine and culinary concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate autonomously
- Maintain a professional and upbeat demeanor
