Job Requirements

- At least two years of luxury dining room and/or wine experience
- Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with chefs and management
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and alcohol service standards
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of luxury dining room and/or wine experience
- Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and styles
- Experience in curating wine lists and pairing recommendations
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to train and support waitstaff
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork
Job Duties
- Curate and maintain an engaging wine list in collaboration with chefs and management
- Offer thoughtful food and wine pairing recommendations that elevate the guest's dining experience
- Educate and guide guests through the wine selection, sharing knowledge about varietals, regions, and styles
- Ensure the wine cellar is properly stocked, organized, and managed to support service needs
- Train and support wait staff by sharing wine knowledge and pairing insights
- Plan and host wine tastings and special events to enhance guest engagement and brand experience
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Stay current on wine trends, regions, and winemaking techniques to continually enhance offerings
