Job Requirements
- cms certified or has equivalent wine knowledge
- at least 3 years of restaurant experience
- able to lift 30+ lbs
- fluent in written and spoken English
- polished personal presentation meeting company standards
- able to work nights, weekends and holidays and variable schedule
- ability to walk, stand, and bend continuously and for extended periods
- ability to perform essential job functions under stress in fast-paced environment
- can help develop and maintain culture of inclusive excellence and workplace dignity
- can help cultivate a safety-first, kind work environment encouraging personal and professional growth
Job Qualifications
- restaurant experience of at least 3 years
- equivalent wine knowledge to CMS certified sommelier
- strong conversational skills
- ability to multitask
- polished personal presentation
- familiarity with wine, beer, sake, and sherry
- experience in a fast-paced service environment
