Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sommelier or restaurant management experience in a high volume upscale fast-paced restaurant
  • ability to learn and train others
  • ability to drive hospitality and inspire others
  • aptitude for leading coaching and driving excellence
  • availability on weekends and late nights
  • knowledge of Old World wines

Job Duties

  • Manage and curate the extensive wine list
  • assist guests with wine selection and pairings
  • train and mentor restaurant staff on wine knowledge and service
  • lead wine tastings and special events
  • maintain inventory and order wine supplies
  • ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
  • collaborate with kitchen and management teams for wine and food pairing excellence
