- 2+ years of sommelier or restaurant management experience in a high volume upscale fast-paced restaurant
- ability to learn and train others
- ability to drive hospitality and inspire others
- aptitude for leading coaching and driving excellence
- availability on weekends and late nights
- knowledge of Old World wines

- collaborate with kitchen and management teams for wine and food pairing excellence
