Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role
  • Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and N/A beverages
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Partner with the Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program
  • Provide guests with memorable wine and beverage guidance
  • Educate service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Deliver financially responsible wine program and manage inventory
  • Demonstrate flexibility and skills in all service positions
  • Perform additional duties to support team objectives and operational success
