Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role
  • Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • English fluency
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Partner with the Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program
  • Provide guests with memorable wine and beverage recommendations
  • Educate service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Manage a financially responsible wine program and inventory
  • Demonstrate flexibility in all service positions and eagerness to learn
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties to support team objectives
