Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role
  • Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • English fluency
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to educate and mentor service staff on beverage offerings
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional languages preferred but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Continue to support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Partner with the Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program that enhances the guest experience
  • Provide guests with memorable wine and beverage guidance and suggestions
  • Educate service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage items
  • Deliver a financially responsible wine program that increases sales and manages inventory effectively
  • Demonstrate flexibility and skills in all service positions and eagerness to learn
  • Perform additional responsibilities to support team objectives and operational success
