Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Court of Master Sommelier Certified Sommelier or completed WSET Level 2
- experience in a Forbes five star or Michelin Star environment preferred
- passion and enthusiasm for wine
- strong organizational skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with a smile and assist the service team
- guide guests through the wine list to find the perfect glass or bottle
- complete full wine service including by the bottle and by the glass
- identify faults in wine and pair food with wine perfectly
- keep the wine storage stocked and prepared for service
- assist the General Manager in various roles including leading trainings for the service team
