Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow state and local alcohol service laws
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work full time
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to train and educate staff
Job Duties
- Issue wine and champagne bottles
- Open wine and champagne bottles for service
- Serve wine and champagne to guests
- Answer guest questions about wine origin, vintage, and style
- Update and maintain wine list and MICROS system
- Pair and suggest wines with menu items
- Attend wine tastings and develop vendor relationships
