Job Requirements
- Must be able to work well with a large team cooperatively
- Experience in hospitality industry in fine dining preferred
- Great base knowledge of wine and spirits
- Proper email and verbal communication etiquette
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Eligible for hire in the US without sponsorship

- Experience in the hospitality industry especially in fine dining preferred
- Great base knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to work well within a large team cooperatively and positively
- Proper email and verbal communication etiquette
- Leadership skills in service environment
Job Duties
- Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests to educate them on small batch producers and boutique winemakers
- Provide memorable service to guests as a floor sommelier, assisting with beverage selections
- Restock wines daily in cellars and wine storage areas
- Support front-of-house service team during dinner service to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Train service staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails collaboratively
- Participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts as assigned
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
