Job Requirements

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • a genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all guests
  • extensive knowledge of wine
  • knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • experience with Open Table, Toast and CTUIT
  • exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts
  • steakhouse experience with wine certification preferred
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • excellent communication skills
  • maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • at least two years' experience at a high-end, high-volume restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience at a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • extensive knowledge of wine
  • wine certification preferred
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • experience with Open Table, Toast and CTUIT preferred
  • knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • previous steakhouse experience highly valued

Job Duties

  • Continually monitor daily sales, ordering, par levels and costs
  • maintain accurate paperwork for inventory levels
  • conduct the monthly wine inventory and year end inventory
  • assist with staff training
  • print and maintain all the wine lists needed by the business level
  • coordinate wine up-sell, wine pairing with the service team
  • be accessible and available to employees
  • consistently demonstrate excellent people skills when dealing with employees and guests
