Job Requirements

- a genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all guests
- extensive knowledge of wine
- knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
- experience with Open Table, Toast and CTUIT
- exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts
- steakhouse experience with wine certification preferred
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- excellent communication skills
- maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- at least two years' experience at a high-end, high-volume restaurant

- extensive knowledge of wine
- wine certification preferred

- previous steakhouse experience highly valued
Job Duties
- Continually monitor daily sales, ordering, par levels and costs
- maintain accurate paperwork for inventory levels
- conduct the monthly wine inventory and year end inventory
- assist with staff training
- print and maintain all the wine lists needed by the business level
- coordinate wine up-sell, wine pairing with the service team
- be accessible and available to employees
- consistently demonstrate excellent people skills when dealing with employees and guests
