Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time evening shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods during service
- Must be able to operate company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Consistent and regular attendance

- Effective electronic and verbal communication
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality industry with preference for fine dining restaurant background
- Strong base knowledge of wine and spirits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively within a large team
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of wine regions including California, Italy, Spain, France, and Germany
Job Duties
- Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests to educate them on small batch producers and boutique winemakers
- Provide memorable floor service helping guests select the best wines and spirits for their dining experience
- Restock wines daily in cellars and storage areas
- Support front-of-house service team to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Train service staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts
- Collaborate with management and team members to maintain service standards
