Job Requirements
- Must be able to work with a large team cooperatively and positively towards excellent service and support
- Hospitality experience in fine dining preferred
- Base knowledge of wine and spirits required
- Proper email and verbal communication etiquette required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to be on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to operate company vehicle or golf cart safely

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests to educate them on small batch producers and boutique wineries
- Provide memorable service as a floor sommelier, assisting guests in selecting suitable wines and spirits
- Restock wines daily in the cellar and storage areas
- Support the front of house service team during service to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Train service staff on wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
- Participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts as assigned
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
