Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Sommelier or wine service role
  • Strong knowledge in wine, spirits, beer, and N/A beverages
  • English fluency
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to educate and communicate effectively with team members
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow
  • English fluency preferred
  • Additional languages a plus

Job Duties

  • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Partner with Beverage Director to create and maintain an enticing wine program that enhances the guest experience
  • Provide guests with guidance and suggestions for wine and beverage selections to create a memorable experience
  • Educate the service team on wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages to fuel learning and growth
  • Deliver a financially responsible wine program that increases sales and maintains appropriate inventory levels
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn by supporting all service positions
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and operational success
