Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to operate company vehicle or golf cart safely

- Experience in hospitality industry in fine dining restaurants
- Great base knowledge of wine and spirits
- Proper email and verbal communication etiquette

- Knowledge of small batch and boutique wine producers from various regions
- Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests to educate on small batch producers and boutique winemakers
- provide memorable service as a floor sommelier, assisting guests in selecting the best beverage options
- daily restock of wines in cellar and storage areas
- support front-of-house service team during dinner service to ensure high-quality guest experience
- help train service staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails
- participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts
- comply with all company policies and procedures
