Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods during service
  • Must be able to operate company vehicle or golf cart safely

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality industry in fine dining restaurants
  • Great base knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Proper email and verbal communication etiquette
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a large team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of small batch and boutique wine producers from various regions
  • Strong guest service skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests to educate on small batch producers and boutique winemakers
  • provide memorable service as a floor sommelier, assisting guests in selecting the best beverage options
  • daily restock of wines in cellar and storage areas
  • support front-of-house service team during dinner service to ensure high-quality guest experience
  • help train service staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails
  • participate in monthly and yearly beverage inventory counts
  • comply with all company policies and procedures
