Job Requirements

2 years prior experience in beverage service or sommelier roles
Knowledge of wine and spirit product lines
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to carry up to 30lbs
Adherence to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

2 years prior experience as sommelier
Court of Master or WSET Level III Certificate preferred
Knowledge of international wine regions and classic cocktails
Ability to carry up to 30lbs

Job Duties

Wine and sake program development and maintenance
Cost and inventory management
General beverage purchasing
Ordering, receiving and restocking wine inventory
Keep and maintain an accurate wine and sake lists
Staff education
On floor sales, creating relationship with guests and ensuring the highest service standards
Follow and adhere to all health code and federal/state liquor control regulations
