Job Requirements

2 years prior experience as sommelier or beverage professional
knowledge of international wine regions and classic cocktails
ability to carry up to 30lbs
willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
must adhere to all health code and liquor regulations
ability to work in a multicultural team environment
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

2 years prior experience as sommelier, court of master or WSET Level III Certificate preferred
knowledge of international wine regions and classic cocktails
ability to carry up to 30lbs

Job Duties

Wine and sake program development and maintenance
cost and inventory management
general beverage purchasing
ordering, receiving and restocking wine inventory
keep and maintain an accurate wine and sake lists
staff education
on floor sales, creating relationship with guests and ensuring the highest service standards
follow and adhere to all health code and federal/state liquor control regulations
