Job Description
The Utah Olympic Park, located in Midway, Utah, is a renowned recreational and sporting facility with a rich Olympic heritage. Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including days, weekends and holidays

- Specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Hearing sufficient for normal conversation
- Ability to balance, bend, climb, kneel, walk, push, reach above shoulders, and sit
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, customer service, or supervisory role in hospitality or recreational environment
- Previous barista experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and guest management
- Tips and Sips certification preferred
Job Duties
- Explain and sell Public Programs, membership, sport programs and events to guests
- Verify guest information, process reservations, and issue tickets
- Ensure all guests have signed a waiver
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and complaints
- Present a professional and knowledgeable welcome to athletes, coaches, and guests
- Provide public with current events information and answer questions
- Handle phone calls, emails, and communications professionally
- Oversee the performance of guest service staff and ensure adherence to service standards
- Train guest services staff and conduct team meetings
- Manage daily operations of guest service department and delegate tasks
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Responsible for daily operation of the Guest Services Desk including set-up and close
- Assist in inventory control and selling inventory for Retail Shop and Concessions
- Address and resolve operational issues ensuring minimal disruption
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of guest services areas
- Order food and beverages for Day Lodge and Sport Discovery Center
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Process payments, deposits, refunds, and handle cash management
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
