Job Duties
- Coordinate group events and sales activities
- manage event setup, operations, and teardown
- conduct site visits with clients for weddings and corporate events
- nurture client relationships and pursue new booking opportunities
- collaborate with teams across Soldier Hollow to ensure event success
- oversee operations during winter sports events and summer gatherings
- pitch the venue to prospective clients
