Job Duties

  • Manage software renewals for ECM and MFP solutions
  • review previous quotes and contract changes
  • create and send new quotes to customers via DocuSign
  • answer customer questions
  • escalate threatened renewals
  • process customer requests for additional licensing primarily for Laserfiche
  • audit block of time usage
  • prepare and send monthly usage reports to block of time customers
  • send replenishment quotes
  • escalate expired block of time contracts to sales management
  • onboard UBEO acquisitions
  • identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • maintain open communication with management
  • adhere to company values, policies, and safety regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
