Job Duties
- Support operation by cleaning dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, racks, and other items as requested
- Comply with all established health, sanitation, and safety procedures in dishroom and storage areas
- Utilize manual and automated cleaning methods to maintain cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with direct management and team members
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely
- Maintain organization and proper storage of cleaned items
- Adhere to health department regulations and company sanitation policies
