Job Requirements

  • flexible working schedule includes nights weekends and holidays
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • must be able to communicate well with direct supervisors clients and other staff
  • familiarity with all standards policies and procedures per company and client building
  • serve safe certification required
  • ability to work under pressure and independently
  • one year experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment
  • comply with health department regulations and requirements

Job Duties

  • receive daily assignments set up and stock station as directed by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
  • prepare ingredients to be used for daily menu offerings
  • work on prep grill or line responsibilities within the kitchen
  • comply with health department regulations and requirements
  • maintain sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • communicate effectively with supervisors clients and other staff
  • operate culinary equipment safely and efficiently
