Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous baking or pastry preparation experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
  • knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent product quality
  • strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by living, supporting, and promoting company values
  • perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • prepare and cook high-quality doughnuts, baked goods, frostings, and fillings following standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • decorate doughnuts with artistic attention to detail
  • maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance across all menu items
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
  • keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked during service
