Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking or pastry preparation experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain consistent product quality

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by living, supporting, and promoting company values
- perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- prepare and cook high-quality doughnuts, baked goods, frostings, and fillings following standardized recipes and presentation standards
- decorate doughnuts with artistic attention to detail
- maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance across all menu items
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked during service
