Job Requirements
- California driver license and clean driving record

- ability to coordinate with multiple agencies
Job Qualifications
- Master’s in Social Work preferred or related field
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum required
- experience working with at-risk children and families
- understanding of the child welfare system
- knowledge of group processes and ability to apply
- knowledge of 24-hour crisis intervention
Job Duties
- Provide support and services to ensure stability of client placement in foster homes
- monitor foster homes for compliance with Title 22 regulations
- provide support and services to ensure stability of youth and families in adoptive homes
- plan and facilitate family events and groups along with monthly respite nights
- maintain timely progress, quarterly and/or court ordered reports
- screen and evaluate intake admissions to appropriately match children in emergency placements
