Job Requirements
- must be able to meet and receive a criminal records clearance as required by Title XXII
- valid California driver license and motor vehicle record sufficient to maintain agency auto liability insurance
- ability to pass post-offer, pre-employment medical and drug tests
- may be required to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications
- personal auto insurance and reliable personal vehicle preferred
- willingness and ability to transport participants in company or personal vehicle

Job Duties
- pick up and drop off participants who need transportation in a company or personal vehicle
- participate in activities with participants and assist them with improving social skills
- meet one-on-one monthly with individuals to update releases and assist with personal goals
- provide support by developing and implementing individual service plans in coordination with providers and family
- document activities and outcomes of participants and submit required reports timely
- attend and participate in team meetings and share information about interventions
- report any at-risk, unusual, or illegal activity to supervisor or management
- attend all required in-person curriculum as assigned
- comply with agency policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and vehicle use
