Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- familiarity with facebook ad campaigns
- basic front office skills including appointment scheduling and insurance verification
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to work in person
- knowledge or experience in plastic surgery dermatology or aesthetics is highly desirable
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing features
- experience in video and photo editing
- understanding of facebook advertising
- previous experience in plastic surgery dermatology or aesthetics industry preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- bilingual spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- create engaging social media posts for instagram facebook tiktok and youtube
- edit videos and photos including side-by-side images with watermarking and logos
- manage and optimize facebook ad campaigns
- communicate effectively with potential leads and clients
- schedule appointments and send reminders
- perform online insurance verification
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front office operations
